A Journey of Terrain, Tradition and Togetherness.

Come winter, the wheels shall roll and the wanderers shall gather. From the backwaters of Hirakud to the whispering forests of Satkosia and finally to the golden shores of Puri, SANGAM is more than a meet – it is a confluence of adventure and seva, of music and meaning, of road and root.

SANGAM2025 is the fourth edition of our annual overlanding and family-friendly camping festival – a simple celebration of shared journeys, local cultures and community service. Expect open skies, campfires and heartfelt conversations rather than resort comforts.

The Locations and Spirit

L1 Hirakud Backwaters – Kuturupali Life Park (24th to 27th December)

Water sports, boat rides, folk music, local food, rig introductions, and exhibitions of gear and craft. Social service activities include nature cleaning, medical camp and resource distribution.

L2 Satkosia Tiger Reserve (27th to 30th December)

Jungle trails, wildlife safaris, gharial farm visit, tribal cuisine, cultural performances, and exhibitions. Social service activities include tree plantation, medical camp and resource distribution.

L3 Puri Beach New Year by the Bay (30th December to 1st January)

Bonfire, music, coastal cuisine, morning meditation, and closing reflections. Nearby explorations include Jagannath Temple, Chilika lake, Konark Sun Temple, Raghurajpur artist village and Bhubaneswar’s museums and zoological park.

Registration Fee and Inclusions

Registration Fee: ₹2500 + Service charge  (as applicable)  per Overlanding Vehicle 

Included in SANGAM2025 fee

• Campsite charges

• Normal water for common use

• Firewood for bonfire

• Social service activities (medical camp, school supplies, blankets, sanitary pads)

• Basic common security at campsites

• 31st Dec New Year Eve Celebration ( Event is in Overlanding mode only.  Food and event arrangement is sponsored by our Honorable Overlander Sri Tejpal Singh Ji)

• Stickers for all event registered Overlanding Vehicles 

• Event Management and Promotion 

Not included

• Bottled water for personal drinking needs

• Tribal cultural programme (entry/contribution where applicable)

• Local delicacy dinners and special meals (entry/contribution where applicable)

• Paid activities such as safaris, boating and certain excursions

• Anything else not mentioned in the Included list are taken as excluded from deliverables

Essentials to Bring

• Personal potable water or water purifier bottle

• Tent, sleeping bag, mattress, chairs and warm clothing

• Personal power bank or solar charger

• Torch, headlamp and extra batteries

• Medicines and personal hygiene kit

• Sturdy footwear and rain protection

• Reusable plate, cup and cutlery to reduce waste
